Like many folks, I thought I was missing items that I had purchased from the bazaar. They showed in my Knowledge, but not in my build menu.
Because Funcom moved them to Decorations.

I think they are trying to create distinctions between the artisan bench and the construction hammer. It’s slowly happening, one item at a time.
On the PS4 it’s very slowly transitioning. I watch Wak4864 (shout out - big fan) and have noticed that his construction hammer is very different to mine, I only have half the options he has.
So I surmise that Funcom are slowly moving things around.
Slowly is an understatement
