It might be slow, it will have AOE attack, it will have a whiplash sound.

Should be able to whip thralls so many times to whip their neck or legs and drag them back to your wheel of pain. Ranged Truncheon and bindings in one.
Whips in ARK is an actual thing and an extremely useful tool.
It’s used to pick things up at range, and to make pets move, whether encumbered or not.
Personally i’d only use it to make the wheel spin faster, but that’s just me.

Beaing able to beat my incorrigible thralls, see cowering and pained animations, and hear the resulting wimpers, screams, and moans, would be a delightful way to pass the time while stuff cooks on my crafting benches!
Devs, please add whips, flogs, and canes for added pleasure in my Conan experience.
