Why do Thralls seem to be agility heavy?

So I have been trying to get a strength and vitality Thrall. It seems every thrall I find is all lower stats than agility. I am new but I do know about food and making sure they eat the right food after leveling. Is this just bad RNG or is this a thing my sample size was 10 from different areas once I noticed the issue. Any help and or advice is welcome. I am currently playing on a private server but would like an official PvE server with a decent size.

Starting stats are based on faction. In the Exiled Lands, the only low level faction that is strength based is the Lemurians. The Black Hand, Dogs of the Desert and Relic Hunters all have high starting agility.

For high starting strength and vitality, search out the Nordheimers, Cimmerians, and volcano thralls.
