To be honest. I was surprised we even got topless in the good old USA to the level it is now. Considering it is more acceptable to see someone split in half with all their organs coming out so long as you don’t show no penis

You blame Funcom for it. All because they followed contractual guidelines to release on those two systems. They would not be able to release on those systems if they did what you wanted. That means no CE on PS4 or Xbox.
Funcom is also a Norwegian company. They have no business and no right to defy in any way something that is base in US culture or poltics.
And you’ve also said this is a women’s rights issue. I’ve given you modes of dealing with that. But you just want to sit here and whine with NO action.

All I can suggest is move countries. Here in the UK we have full nudity on the game - bouncing bosoms, hairy lady gardens and swinging schlongs whilst the thrills dance for your entertainment (fun fact - the men have different sized appendages which swing in accordance with their size!). Not even a single pixel in sight.
To be honest though, once you’ve seen a couple of froufrou’s and a few truncheons you’ve seen them all and revert to partial nudity anyway.
You might want to do your research on this before making such a statement. The SCOTUS ruled that no government in the US (Federal, State, or Local) can pass a law restricting the sale of Video Games based on their content and that its protected under Free Speech.

The issue is a consumer one, not a legislative one. In fact the US is one of the few countries that will not restrict video games on the legislative level.
I don’t live in the USA. I know its surprising but there are many countries in the world, so before you make such statements maybe you should check your facts.
