I believe the Funcom staff could make an open world survival game that is medieval theme. Allow for specialist in areas of war, farming, crafting and etc. No magic would allow a balance. Bows able to go long range. Best defense against bow users would be a heavy armor player. Heavy armor players weakness is slow stamina recovery in armor. Also horses have a max weight load. Every character you create in offline mode can be added in offline mode. Offline mode has no players and max created Character is 30 including your main. There would be classes. Each time you level up you improve on an existing class or choose another one to add to your list. Example Increasing a crafting class allows you to make better quality gear and gear with more durability. Stats are a start of a game. Stats have max total of 20. Each stat gives a bonus every even number. Each stat is at 10 starting out with 40 points to spend. Each stat increase cost 1 point. Same stats as Conan exiles. But each stat adds something new. Grit would a also reduce climbing time and stamina. Adding more grit would decrease stamina consumption. Expertise would also increase thirst and hunger restore from drinks and food. It also reduce how much thirst and food you need. Expertise also allows you to drink from raw water sources and get less chance to get sick. A base of 10 offers a plus zero. However downgrading a stat below 10 gives the player a minus 1 per two ranks. That means 9-8 is minus 1. You would fail at an attempt. It works on combat too. Lowering grit below 10 forces stamina to be drain. Weapons have a strength or agility requirement. All Armor has a stat requirement. Light requires agility, medium requires Vitality and heavy requires strength. The best of each only requires 14 in that stat. Light armors are cheaper to repair, medium are normal, heavy is harder to repair. Classes also effect how much health, stamina and carry weight increase. Combat classes have high health, normal stamina and low weight. Crafting classes have low health,high stamina and normal weight. Farming classes have normal health, low stamina and high weight. No matter what each class is adding to your base stats. High is 15 per level, normal is 10 per level and low is 5 per level. Max level cap is 50. You start off as level zero.
If you want people to understand what you write, try using some paragraphs. That aside, It sounds like you got a mod all figured out. Better get crackin’ though, it sounds like you got a lot of changes in mind. Let us know how it goes. 
You know there are already medieval survival / crafting / farming games, right? Let’s let Conan be Conan with the driving your enemies before you and whatnot.
Is Life is feudal still around. Man that was a hard core survival builder in the medieval theme.
I know when they open their first PVP public server it went to hell fast. Take your worst Conan PVP public server and make the map 4X bigger, with 50X more players.
Of coarse Conan isn’t far off being medieval, certainly has all the props.
This idea doesn’t replace anything in Conan Exiles. It just a suggestion for a new Funcom game.

This NEW GAME would lack all the Conan Exiles monsters, corruption and sorcery. I was hoping for a new medieval game by Funcom that supported full nudity for all systems. By the way players would be able to wear clothes under the armor. The reason for full nudity is for a more realistic feel. Weather effects are in place if you decide to run nude. Meaning wear clothes for weather protection.

Sorta. The non-MMO version Your Own is afloat still, but the MMO has long since perished. Some days I miss the gruelling amount of landscaping that had to be done, and when I’d pummel the lazy workers in my clan with a shovel for not digging enough

Yeah, I get that; you just described exactly Conan Exiles, but with a minor list of changes and the removal of sorcery because you didn’t like it. You never were gonna get a staff of unlimited power, Bryan.
