We are in the process of creating a build that will address several issues for PC including lost characters, duplicate servers in the server list, and crashing for Windows 7. We currently plan on releasing this tomorrow, the 18th. Thank you for your feedback and patience.
Every new update for CE brings new BUGS and CRASHES to the game… 
I’m kind of surprised this patch wasn’t rolled back until it could be fixed properly.

Sooo… How do you Remove the BattleEye service?
I fear I will have to use the Hotfix mentioned here to save my constructed buildings from decaying in a day or two.
I have to say, I should not have to do this. This patch was not release ready.
We’re aware of crashing issues with Windows 7 and our team has worked on a fix, currently in testing (11:00AM CEST) which we plan to release soon as a part of an upcoming hotfix.

Remove the BattleEye service and install what it offers at startup
Close game
Run Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye\Uninstall_BattlEye.bat
Run Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Binaries\Win64\ConanSandbox_BE.exe
Press ok
Close game.
Clear dir Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs
Create dir “SilentEvents.log-upload-0” in folder logs
Run game on SteamThanks, @Illidan, that worked for me!
Hello game conan exiles after the update yesterday I still show the message can not find some kind of memory the game runs for 3 minutes and then crashes the files I verified everything ok but the problem persists
Did you try Illidan’s workaround? It’s right there in the top post. It worked for me.

Al iniciar el juego me sale una ventana con un mensaje en segundo plano mientras el juego sigue iniciando y en mensaje de la ventana es:
ConanSandbox.exe - Error de aplicación
La instrucción en 0x3fe55073 hace referencia a la memoria en 0xffffffff.
La memoria no se pudo read.
Haga clic en Aceptar para finalizar este programa.
Pasado un tiempo el juego se cierra solo y si cierro la ventana o le doy ha aceptar tambien se cierra el juego. ¿Como puedo solucionarlo? me es imposible jugar con ese error.
