Maybe someone will know wtf happened, I woke up in my base bare naked with all of my items gone from my character. In the event log it says that all of my items have decayed. I went offline to go to sleep and woke up to this… How on earth is that possible and is there anything that can be done? 
Sometimes it happens because if you dont exit to the menu from the pause menu your character dont sleeps ( unconscious) and you will die from thirst or starvation. And of course all your loot will decay.
It should also say how you died in the event log … probably thirst or hunger 
I take all my things off before logging out now … it’s an old bug that seems to have come back
Or someone shot poison arrows into your base 
I had this happen to me in our base as well, but mine was from heat. My Aqulonian base had a fireplace for looks. I had it off and went farming in conan armor. I logged of in that room with the fireplace off. The next day after the server restart it turned the fireplace on, and when I logged on I appeared the same as you, nothing in inventory, or armor. Kind of dumb that you can’t leave stuff like the fireplace on/off, or drawbridge up/down, in the last position it was left at.
I’ve found that this bug happens to me when I log out already at lower health or already suffering from a status effect. In my experience the game doesn’t clear status effects on logout, it just stops adding new ones. So if you log out thirsty, or hungry, or cold/hot, then that will continue to take effect.
