thanks for the sorcery update. When you guys announced it I was hoping we would be able to reskin legendary chest weapons and armor or unnamed city weapons and armor that drop off bosses. I’m told a player can only reskin what they can craft. Which makes me disappointed.
Last I checked, you can use the illusion (transmog) on any item in the game, including legendary weapons. The only exception is battle pass and bazaar items must be owned by you in order to work. The crafting requisite was removed before it was even released on Sept 1st. Please update this post if you have tried it yourself and were unable.

Please, no more reskins, the transmog system is already too much!
It is an absolute outlier to this type of game.
Sorry for the rant, but I hate the idea of transmog/reskin by default, it is a disgusting thing, especially in this game. What will be the next? Chicks with d*cks? 
Somehow one stupid created this, and all of the others copied… Almost every new game has this reskin/weapon trinket/emote B.S., it just makes the game look ridiculous, childish and idiotic. Such thing should NOT exist.
yeah just tried yesterday and today. I spoke too soon, I was able to transmog helm and gauntlets of the brute.
and I also transmoged my black blade. Last time I take my server peoples statements as the truth.
I still think the Yamatai heavy chest needs to get fixed though.
