Hi there,
I bought a physical copy of the PS4 CE and I got the key for the sword, which I used and it even said in the PS4 Store that it’ll unlock the sword. But for some reason I can now craft Conan’s royal armor instead. Not that I’m really complaining, but I’d really like to have the sword. 
I can provide photos or screenshots if needed, no problem.

Yes, I am in the EU region.
This is a known issue with some of the PS4 EU folks and we’re working with Sony to resolve the issue. It won’t be instant, but it shouldn’t require any additional input from you.
I have the exact same problem, no sword and got the armor instead.
So if I understand your reply correctly, all I have to do is wait and I will eventually get my Atlantean sword?

That’s correct, you shouldn’t need to do anything else. Sony is on the case. If it turns out you need do anything more, we’ll let you know.
