My girlfriend and I both have been put back on character creation screen. On official PVE 2811 My GT and character name RiotX777 my clan name Rioters.

My girlfriend GT TinyTinaX777 and her character name the same. Both of us on server 2811 back at character creation please solve this issue.

Ben ils on intérêt a ce dépêché car déjà qu’on a plus beaucoup de joueurs sur officiel et privés vous allez perdre encore des joueurs. On met des mois a être bien et en 7go on a plus rien du tout c’est dingue

We have new developments to share regarding this situation:

The fix for the data corruption issue resulted in an unexpected ID mismatch, there was no loss of characters or data on the servers’ side and the developers are working on addressing this issue.

We’ll be releasing a fix as soon as possible.

So in other words this game will be unplayable for the next 8 weeks while we wait for you guys to get your act together. Excellent. You guys gonna reimburse those of us with private rented servers that we can’t use thanks to you guys breaking the game? Or are we just meant to eat that loss?

Oui nous payons des serveurs comment va ton faire pour être remboursé de toutes les erreurs que vous faites. Vous avez rien résolu les messages et toujours la le générique et aussi pas remis en ordre je joue depuis le début j’ai jamais rien dit mais la je paye mon serveur donc je veux qu’il y ai compensation !!@@

Could that maybe include a little fix for the crashing issue also, as it’s impossible to play in big bases, and you need a decent size base to defend… And what are private server owners meant to do after investing in them only to have no one playing on it?!?

So same happened in official #2732 put back at level 1 and no access to my buildings and no longer in my clan I was the leader congrats funcom

I’m just happy that fixes have been addressed … Yes losing character progression is a pain but I’ve played this game since day one… All those complaining and wanting reimbursement ?? Grow up. It’s a game. Take it on the chin and move on.
