A simple question to funcom

Hi I am not going to list all the problems that players like me are having after the patch of june 16th, I just want to ask Funcom: do you think its normal that you havent replied to ANY OF OUR TOPICS ASKING FOR HELP.
I had more than 9000 hours in AOC and have more than 2000 hours in exiles, do you think its fair that we paid fpr a game we cant play now.

I think to be taken seriously you need list all your issues and also include a full dxdiag report. Someone nice might help you, I can be nice at times but not very often.

Sry I have more than 10 topics stating all the problems I have that are shared by many players, as we have no repy I just funcom to say why they dont help us or inform us.

They do answer posts. Once a problem is resolved, it’s closed. You don’t see the final count but they are there. All you get to see is the vague, blanket statements of game bad because of x thing; which you have now contributed yet another. Great job

This topic is adressed to funcom. Find yourself another victim troll, when I started playing MMORPG games you werent even in this world.

I Hate searching the Forums for a fault I am having, and hate it even more when do a search and find that someone else has already reported it and it has been sorted out. Now all I can do is shout at the cat :smiley:

This claim can be proven false by simply taking a look at e.g. Ignasis’s posting history. It shows that he has replied to many threads in the past few days.

On the other hand, looking at your posting history I see posts ranging from passive-aggressive to outright hostile. You might need to try a different approach in your attempts to communicate with the Dev team, or the only response you’re likely to get is getting yor thread locked.

If you buy any other game, you’re highly unlikely to get 2000+ hours of fun out of it before it stops working, or more likely, stops being attractive. You’re simply having a few days’ involuntary break from the game, it wasn’t stolen from you or anything.

Funcom doesn’t even manage to repair the payment system in “Age of Conan”,
Players are afraid if they buy something at 1 year that they give their accound

I actually tried looking at op’s posting history to see what their actual problem is. I scrolled through a bunch of rant post trying to find anything useful to no avail.

@william1 Could you please list the issues you are experiencing still and what have you tried so far? Please leave the emotions out of it.

Most of us resolved our private server issues a day after the patch.

First and most important issue: when I click to start the game there is a message that says: you need to be conected to internet to be able to play. I see the servers faded in the background but cant have access to them.
My system is windows 8.1 not windows 7
If I take off the battleye then I dont get the message but can only have access to servers without battleye. The servers I have been playing for 2000 hours are all with battleye.
Thats my main probem and I have been reporting this to funcom since june 17th with no reply.
Thks for your help but I want funcom to reply.

Just so we’re clear: is getting a Funcom reply more important than finding a solution to your problem?
