Update for 2021: This has been the case for quite some time now, but to be transparent and official; the support forums are currently not officially monitored by GMs and Customer Service staff.
I do sweeps on this section approximately once a week as long as I have time, and I will respond to posts or tickets as I am able to given my level of access to customer service tools and time permitting.
What I can help with:
- Basic account issues (ex. failed payments, frozen accounts)
- Forward tickets that require the attention of a specialist (ex. PayPal, payment verification)
- Check on the status of a ticket
- Anything to do with the forum (ex. formatting bugs, moderation)
- Questions about offers, events, issues
What I cannot help with:
- Ingame issues (ex. Missing items, mission bugs, unique item flag errors)
- Suspensions or Bans
Our policy regarding account details has not changed; we cannot disclose sensitive account details in a public space.
When applicable, I convert support topics to personal messages with me and the OP and remove any responders from the thread. If that is not possible, I will leave a reply on the topic to confirm I’ve followed up or sent a reply to a ticket. If you notice support topics vanishing, it’s because I’ve converted the thread into a personal message so I can speak with the OP directly.

Hello i got a little problem i was doing Premium Membership Upgrade and want to put 6 month but finaly want to wait a bit more i got like 16 more days so i canceled my recharge and now my account is frozzed
but i got time on it so need help iv done mail but no answer some told me to do a post here

Skimming through the entire forum I guess one thing is clear: Nobody ever gets Support Tickets responded to.
I never got a reply since 2021 when I wanted to come back to AO after a long break. I tried again to login yesterday and got the usual account locked message because not paid (I have been a Froob since umpteen years ago).
Logged into the Funcom Accounts page, no option that I can see to reactivate or any other thing that may have been the cause of the lockout.
I saw another post somewhere in this forum said that AO now blocks Froobs for whatever reason. Would like to know whether this is true
damn. who can solve bans ? hacked accounts?
there is a workaround. log into secretworlds then you will have old account page with reactivate.

Hello, i am having an issue where i just cant reactivate my main account every-time i try it just not possible its 2nd day, i did try to buy grace on my 2nd account and the payment still pending but money gone . Then i bought on 3rd account Funcom points and it is pending too but money gone .
Payment failed on all 3 my accounts, same card used to pay previous month subs, nothing changed.
Money have been debited, payment status was “pending” for 10 days, now its “failed”, ofc i didnt get any refund, money are gone.
