I don’t think you are being ignored but you gave very little information about the problem. The four lines at the top are important to the devs to try and fix something. Next time you post it would be good to select one from each line.

Since you are on an official server, there is a form that will alert them about a potential server problem. Although it probably should be in one of those links above, I cannot find the URL, sorry.
