YIKES! The stygian commanders defeated is really low in comparison to other things like purges initiated.
That’s not a good metric for the main point of chapter 2.

I knew it was just over 5 years for me since I got my 5 year anniversary badge on the forums last month

Yeah, it does kind of indicate that the fun & rewards for attacking Al-Merayah are not as good as FunCom was hoping they would be.
I haven’t done Al-Merayah but I have done the two locations on Siptah, one is too easy and the other is hard & fun, but the rewards don’t quite match up to the difficulty level. These are difficult things to balance - difficulty, fun, rewards - hopefully FC will be using this information to tweak the sieges and the rewards for them.

My only wish is that they would roll back to pre-sorcery and then not touch the game. That’s all. Just give me back the game I bought, the game I enjoyed.

As much as we’ve agreed on how badly the chapters have been rolled out, I suggest for your consideration that this isn’t a realistic expectation.
We can complain all we want about better testing and better Q&A, and of course it’s still reasonable to argue in favor of a temporary rollback if a specific patch is executed badly, but the idea that an online game is going to just be static an stop having changes is a non-starter.
If they were to do that the game would die faster than you can say, “buggy rollout”. New content is extremely important for keeping existing players (who continue to spend money on the game) and existing players are extremely important for attracting new players and generating new sales.
When a game reaches a certain age they depend on two things - word of mouth from existing players & news articles in the gaming press - to attract new players. No gaming site is ever going to publish an article that will attract new players by saying, “Nothing is ever going to change except bug fixes”, that would essentially be an obituary for CE.
I’ll always be on your side regarding a) changes that no one asked for and that most people dislike and b) failed execution of new content, but I’m afraid that it’s terribly unrealistic to argue that the game should be rolled back to some point in the past and never change again. That very idea is DoA.

nobody wants conan to stop “EVOLVING”… we want to stop the game from DEGENERATING. huge difference. breaking working stuff is not progressing! not doing anything is sometimes better as doing constantly bad things. moving forward is a good thing… but when u stand on the edge of a cliff, u might need a turn not an another step “forward”! right now we are falling in to the deadly pit and the remaining devs pushing our car even faster down towards to the dead.
and your way of thinking is also a dead end… or more like a harm to everyone.

not OUR nagging is the negative here… YOUR give up attitude is the negative and destructive! if u dont care that much u can do it alone also somewhere else, without spreading doomsday depressive vibe here.

That’s absolutely someone asking for the game to stop evolving, “roll back”…and then not touch the game." That’s the very definition of “stop evolving”.
