Same as these threads the first one from the log file that the poster uploaded it seems as if the connection is being closed almost immediately and when it tries to reconnect it states that the ping is too high.
…dayum, if I understood it right, the game cannot open because some item localization have a conflict of localization. This is the following message at the login data base on repeat for ever and ever:

Today at the scheduled restart time I was able to connect, I was able to reset the decay time of my bases, but the server only lasted 20 minutes and then crashed again.
Eu não consigo entrar nem assim. Não entro desde 2º feira, porque não joguei no final de semana, e agora a pouco tentei e não entrou. Eu desisto, vou abandonar o game de vez, faz parte.
Uma pena, eu tava me divertindo.

Are the LATAM official servers still down? It’s been since Saturday, or maybe even earlier, and we haven’t seen any official response or fix from Funcom. It’s frustrating — what’s going on?
Our bases are at risk, with decay timers ticking away while servers are inaccessible. Please, can someone from Funcom provide an update?
When did this issue start exactly?
Any maintenance or investigation underway?
Can decay timers be paused or extended while this outage persists?

Alguém da FUNCOM poderia se pronunciar se ao menos sabem que os servidores LATAM estão Offline ?
É um total descaso com os jogadores ,o jogo não é de graça ,pagamos um valor e mesmo se fosse “Free to Play” ,não deveríamos passar por isso ,simplesmente ignoram os problemas e não falam nada a respeito…. Gostaríamos de apenas algumas respostas !
