Create funcom ticket get generic reply

Every time I create a funcom ticket I get a generic reply on please give this information we are not going to do anything. I am still waiting for a reply back for 5 months on what is consider massive and build limit.

They responded it has to be less than a square but from that statement my base does fit in a square and have purpose in what they stated as well. I do not understand why they suspend and do not give feedback on why.
