Whole game crashing when entering "The Spit" Isle of Siptah

Hello, First time typing here, so what happened is that i was exploring the part where “The Spit” is … (on the map it is in southern region and has a Dock there). This thread had a different issue but was on windows 11 his was resolved by running the game in windowed mode.

Game fails to launch: Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost

I recently reinstalled Conan Exiles on my Windows 11 PC, and it failed to launch. When I start the game, I get the Unreal and Nvidia logos, and the cinematic starts to play. As soon as I click anywhere with my mouse, the game crashes, and I get an error message: [FileC:\B\tech_exiles\Engine\Source\Runtime\Windows\D3D11RHI\Private\D3D11Util.cpp][Line81] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost.
