I could not host and play on my main PC, so I had to setup my server on a 2nd computer, and now I can’t connect to it, keeps timing out. I am getting very frustrated and upset, that I went through and tried several things to no avail. Could someone give me some insight as to the problem I am having.

A hotfix is out which fixes an issue in regards to increased ping. This may also resolve your issue. See
If you still have issues, please post in detail on the PC bug subforums ([PC] Conan Exiles Bug Report Guidelines).
Be sure to give servers some time to update.
