Hello ive just started playing conan exile and i have these constant micro stutters, ive messed with the setting and it just doesent go away, does anyone know a fix , i have a 5090, everything in my pc is high tier so my pc shouldent have trouble

I would look at this post here as you are not alone in this with the 5090
And there is your issue. Your trying to play a 7 year old game on a $3K card. I know it sounds weird but but higher end cards have issues with the game.
What are your settings?
Are you playing on a public server?
I could buy 4 PCs with 3080s for the cost of that card. Which from what I have read isn’t much of a step up from 3080. It’s not the series that makes the difference now 30 40 50 series don’t gain much, the difference is ram 6, 8, 12. a 3080 12 gig runs better then a 5090 6gig.

This was a massive issue for me for so long, I upgraded my entire pc because I was stressed so much about it and it carried over to the upgraded system.
What worked for me was the discord overlay if you’ve got it enabled then disable it. (Might be a good idea to just disable every overlay you’ve got enabled when playing conan)
