When trying to connect to my dedicated server I’m getting the following message … The match you are trying to join is running an incompatible version of the game. Please try upgrading your game version.

There was a game update today. Make sure your server and your client are updated to the latest version.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We had a similar issue on Steam and the solution was to log out and restart Steam. Could you try to do the same on the Xbox App/Microsoft Store and get back to us?

I logged out of both and still no luck. I can see there’s an update on the game pass app for the game but it won’t let me download it.

I decided to look up the game on the Microsoft store instead of on Game Pass and it started to download the update. I will keep you posted on if that works or not. Thanks!
