The battle pass is not free. Yes, once you buy it, and finish it, and it gives you croms for the next pass, you still have to put the time in and time is money.
Wouldn’t it be easier just to make sure you don’t release a weapon or armor that isn’t equivalent to game weapons and armor?
Much like being able to count on bad updates, you can count on the bazaar getting some OP weapon or armor, then they “balance” it.
Regardless of opinions of pets; agree the are more ornamental, but a $ skin adding 1600hp to a pet defines P2W. Regardless of how weak pets are. If the bazaar had a tattoo that put a big red S on a thralls chest and added 2K HP that would be P2W. So how is this snake skin different?
Aside from the thrall being a superior fighter.
Here’s a test, name one other animal skin that adds 1600 hit points. Hell I might even pay for a skin that adds 1600HP to my house cat, or that rat.
Yes, it should be in game because I want it but refuse to support the bazaar or P2W. And it seems inevitable with every bazaar cycle there is going to be some thing that is clearly or debatable P2W.
And I have the croms to spare to buy it, as I have said I wont even spend funcoms croms in the bazaar. No way am I supporting that way over priced bit of money grubbing.
It’s cobras. I got one in 3 on test. None in 4 on live. And purely ornamental around my Set temple.
And you don’t see that as being P2W? You have to buy that skin for your pet to be viable, there for P2W.
That pretty much is what this is all about.
I really don’t want to believe that but you have to admit, funcom is doing this a bit too often to be a fluke. You’d think after having to nerf bazaar items a few times, they’d triple check stats before they hit the bazaar.
