Kicked by Battleye - Query Port

Had this issue last night on 6433, every 5 minutes i would be kicked by battle eye with it saying the reason of “query timeout”

I lost my level 15 tank thrall, all his gear and then died myself, due to relogging in and all enemies in the immediate area being invisible…

Information on suspensions and bans

While suspensions are not open to appeal we do offer the option of appealing a permanent ban. We understand some might not always be aware of the actions taken by clanmates.

As mentioned previously, please note that only bans are eligible for an appeal and not suspensions. If you would like to appeal, please feel free to do this through Zendesk 3.9k by selecting ‘Ban Appeal’ as the type of issue and providing relevant information such as character names, servers you’ve played on, and clans you were part of.
