Lots of players seemingly banned for incorrect crom coin balance

Compte banni. Mes pièces de Crom étaient dans le positif avant la mise à jour, d’un montant plus élevé encore que ce qui est montré en négatif. Je vais faire un ticket. Je suis estomaquée.

yep, you see the menu briefly and it says connecting to funcom services and then pops up that screen. You can’t exit the screen at all - I have had to kill the game with task manager to get out.

I wasn’t banned (likely because I had a bunch on the account) but it was certainly deducted. I feel bad for those that were, what an absolute mess.

It makes you wonder though. Why would they have implemented systems where a user can unban themselves using Conan Coins…

Again, Ignasis, there on the community chair could get the guys to open up a Age of War 3 happy hour and let everyone play while they fix the stuff.

Just take the crom coin sales offline while you solve it.

I AM SURE, players would be much more lenient with the problem if you leveled with us.

As it is, the loss is bigger than allowing some “irregular few” to dip their toes in the exiled lands for free for a day or two (I am sure you are confident to solve this problem before that, right ? )

Unless the problem is so out of wack that not even the controlling systems are working properly and people cant actually know what to do …

Which would be in itself a little concerning …

As far as I know, all we really need is your Funcom ID; the other fields are not necessary for this issue. You can leave things like server number blank or enter some random number; it won’t affect the resolution.

I have supported Funcom since beta, own every DLC and did spend money for Bazzar items. I was patient enough to be…understanding that an unintended bug happened. But being told that I now need to appeal a ban based upon accusations of fraud, that they know is now a known issue is beyond the pale. I am unable to see my Funcom ID, I am annoyed that though Steam has record of every purchase made, I still have to somehow defend myself. And that all my enthusiasm for this newest season…and items that I was logging into today…to spend money on…is now deflated. I want to love and support you guys. I really do. But this is making it very hard to justify spending money on a hobby when I cannot even log in single player at the moment.

AndyB, my dude… It blocks us from accessing our Funcrom ID. It blocks us from Exiting the GAME. The thing you’re saying we need to fix this, is a thing we don’t have easily.

Disconnect from internet before it connects to funcom servers. That way you get to the main menu and can launch single player. That way you can get the FuncomID too.

We see the ID in the ticket; that part is automatically filled in on our end once submitted. Please select the ‘Purchases’ category on that menu and that should take care of it. Terribly sorry for any confusion.

I am also affected by this very terrible error/bug:

HARD ERROR: Instead of having over 30,000 Crom Coins, I suddenly have a minus of 742

And please excuse me for opening a new thread. It happened emotionally, which may well be due to the fact that I just lost a little bit of inner peace.
