The problem is knowing that it is how it is handled.

Problems, all games have, for a number of reasons. But there are mitigations and mitigations to problems.

As far as handling the problem go, it looks uglier than the problem itself.

We can’t access our Funcom ID’s because the ‘banned’ screen doesn’t even give us two seconds to see said ID. I’ve just been linking my steam ID and my profile because that’s all I can provide : /

And why do we have to create tickets and contact support for something that is FC’s fault. Moreover, even after 4 hours there is no correction or info on the progress

I already sent one before, not knowing I have to choose “purchase”, so I sent it as BAN report. I hope there is no problem there, I filled the same email adress and I received mail with purchase screenshot request.

You will receive an email there with the link of the report, or asking you to provide a password.

ONCE YOU HAVE DONE EITHER, you go to the webiste and the report will be there with the data filled.

But INDEED IT DOES NOT SHOW IT IN THE BOX.

You have to set up the account or visit the site if you already have one.

But an email with further info will be sent nonetheless.

Press Y to open the friends menue in the game. then u see ur ID in the Lower left corner.

In my opinion, they will be prioritizing people with manual requests until an automated method is implemented and/or tested. So get your name in now for personalized support?

While I agree in general with your statement, the window and text in the screenshots of these bans might as well be a picture of Funcom shooting themselves in the foot. They are essentially telling paying customers they have not paid, and that in order to have access to their stuff they have to pay more. 99% of people won’t “fall for it” and 99% of people know it’s an accident. Only takes one prick and a decent lawyer to neuter a company though.

Hopefully Conan is quick with fixing this. I would hate to see what this type of error could turn into.
