Geralmente pessoal que vem do PVP tem mais de uma conta portanto o máximo que posso fazer é jogar a nova atualização em minha conta da EPIC enquanto minha conta da Steam está sofrendo esse problema… Fazer o que? Eu gosto de Conan Exiles 
The ban is caused by Crom Coins so both!
Should not be a problem. Ban appeal is technically fine but we’d prefer the ‘Purchases’ category be used, since that’s the actual heart of the issue.

Then why does the e-mail that Funcom sends in response to the Ban Challenge ask for it? It makes no sense.
I have been playing since early access and this is the first I time was banned. I understand it is due to the update, but fixing the issue one by one is insane. I was already losing my love for the game, it just adds another nail to the coffin.

But, GodisGood, you gotta look on the BRIGHT side! The new Bazaar is such a GREAT VALUE and the challenges and battlepass add so much FUN to the game that we get to have the FUN twice! We got to have FUN paying for half-broken build sets before, and now we get to have the FUN of doing it again! And now, instead of that whole bulky process of looking at or choosing a product to buy, it’s streamlined into one easy bill of literally hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
Another question guys, might be dumb, but where can I find the layout with the payments for Crom Coins, the receipts from the past they want me to send them? 
Or they mean the bank account screenshot? Or I just choose" pay" and then it will pop up?
Getting tired of this, so maybe I don’t think brightly enough, I will appreciate any advice.

Well, still downloading a lot of mods and stuff, but if I run into the issue will surely use the purchase catagory.
Still hoping, that I won’t have to do anything, and I hope the 4700 crom coins i have are still there too. Thanks for the responses.

But I would like for everyone who is affected by this to be communicated more strongly from your side, Andy, Funcom & Co. - even outside of the forum!
Bugs in the game are one thing, but when it comes to real money … And there are fans of Conan Exiles who have spent a lot of money on Crom Coins and with that in mind, an initial apology on this matter would be a good start alongside correcting the existing error/bug as quickly as possible.

Filled the ban and the purchase report, quite some time now, and nowthing. I see some people who joined the party much later already got some answers. That is … kinda dissapointing.

Olá pessoal, estamos cientes de que alguns de vocês podem estar recebendo uma mensagem de erro dizendo que foram banidos e precisam comprar algumas moedas Crom. Estamos tentando resolver isso o mais rápido possível.

support only spams automated messages continuously , looks like Support is bugged and broken too . so much for treating paying customers .
From my experience with ZenDesk: Billing, Support, and other Categories (like Bans) can all gather and prioritize different kinds of data. Some may require the user’s input of various text items (like IDs) as a form of “non spam” protection.
Please have a bit more patience then. Funcom is not equipped to correct these issues easily but they’re doing it manually and as quickly as they can.* It very much looks like an automated system made an update with an incorrect “exchange” value for Crom Coins. In other words, a paperwork issue.**

I doubt it. I have seen people banned for two weeks (to cause base decay) but the base stays standing for two weeks. If this did actually cause mass decay, they would likely roll-back the server if they wanted to stay solvent.
Is this all Ana’s fault?! Did they try to Ban Ana, and they got all of US instead?!
