Now do you understand why PSN forces devs to make transactions one thing and the game another ? If the store wasnt in the game, most of these problems would not happen. Others would, but these wouldnt.
I am done for today.
Originally I could not wait to wake up in the morning, how joyful and excited I was about this update.
Now I’m only having headache and looking forward to sleep this all off. All those changes with all that came, and what is to be “discovered” in the awesome new game mechanics (when and if I am gonna be able to even get into the game and get unbanned) funked up my day completely.

Your bank account have a data of transactions, so for sure you can share a screenshot of this. Yet, whenever you buy something online , you accept an e mail “thank you for purchasing whatever”, in this case crom coins, so is it possible to find this email?

I got banned as well, but did anyone else notice that it says;

in the current client version. This might be related. It is supposed to say " Retail (1) "

Steam has the list in its history of account, Epic Store the same. Consoles I dont know how it works, but they must have a similar thing.
But send bank statements I wouldnt if it was required. It would be easier to dispute the purchase on the processor.
Do not fill out those tickets… What is wrong with you guys… Was terrible enough to get a ban and now we have to verify, even justify everything was fine before the ban?

This is extremely strange … I was able to use Conan Exiles again in between, but only to a limited extent.
When I played offline, the Bazaar was closed and playing online was not possible due to an authentication issue. I also saw a new name and a new FuncomID in the start menu at the bottom right.
I use Steam and changed my Steam username some time ago so that a different one is now displayed publicly - instead of my old Steam user name on Conan Exiles the new name with a new ID number was shown meanwhile today.
When I tried to log in again a short time later, nothing worked again and I got the message that I had a negative balance.
I don’t know if this information is helpful in any way.
At least I want to let the matter rest for now and hope that everything will be sorted out after the weekend at the latest and, above all, I will have my old credit back. I sent my ticket via email today at 8 p.m. with all the receipts for my buyed Crom Coins … I hope that this isn’t a matter that ultimately has to be clarified legally.

This information could be helpful to them, but if the problem is not solved after all this time, I doubt they know what to do with it

I also have a minus (33,000 Croma coins) and I am blocked, should I report it somewhere or just wait?
I’ve been waiting for 10 hours now so seems they not in any rush to resolve the issue sadly, they should defiantly compensate us for this inconvenience.
