How could this help? Itâs correct what you say, any player thatâs going through this situation should feel offended, after all the ones who get fâŠed again are the paying costumers, the ones who keep the lights on. So hell yea itâs a great offense , i agree 1000% my friend worry not. And youâre absolutely right, we, the paying costumers accept nerfs and all these sâŠt all this time in objects that we bought differently in the beginning. Not to say about the fiasco on items that were bugged straight out from the bazaar. So no itâs not ok and it wasnât ok before, worry not.
But again, how would this help?
If they tell you that this is the best way to solve their own issue that no player should suffer today!!!
Because i was lucky and didnât have issues, that doesnât mean i am a happy player right now, but itâs my positive side thatâs pushing me to help the best i can. And above all, some humor and encouragement are really necessary at these time, to release the pressure a bit.

Yeah I paid for my bloody coins before Chap 3 now I have -2,230 coins and a fricking ban.
Can I ask for a temporary unban, for terrible crime of being a customer, until this fiasco gets fixed so that I can enjoy the new season?
You can be sure there wont be much of proportional or direct compensation for any of this, because if they were able to recover data about it, they would be able to fix it sooner.
And the worse part of all, I happen to like the game a lot. I would not even mind if they simply âreverted all purchases of the bazaarâ, gave back all coins bought lifetime, and started over again.
The problem to me is not this problem, but the way it is being handled.
One thing is leave bugs and funny quirks around without much care. I can find my thralls deep in my foundations, not a problem.
But payment stuff, that should be at least handled with care.
I keep giving this game pass, after, pass after pass. Iâve bought several CC packs at full price (always the largest one) since the BLB rolled out. I bought two packs during the Thanksgiving sale to stock up on CC for all the new items for this Chapter 3 update. Every.single.launch. is an utter disappointment for me.
Im on my last straw of patience and understanding now. If chapter 4 is another repeat bomb at launch, Iâm not spending anymore money, I will go full modding. I was all for supporting this game with my extra income, but the repeat failures is exhausting when this is my main game.
Reforçando minha questão é que a FUNCOM deveria priorizar todos que apoia a loja da funcom BAZAR e passe de batalha atualizar um dia antes de qualquer atualização, assim se houver algum problema desta forma não ficaremos tão frustrados, mesmo assim é uma boa ideia a ser questionada no futuro jå que estamos pagando e apoiando tudo isso

I logged into the game only to have my meager 1200 cc balanced âreclaimedâ and set to zero on first logging in to my single player account.
better than the others whoâve lost thousands or been set to a negative number and thus labeled by the system as banned due to it.

What did you buy for so much money? For me it was only the battle pass.
