and I would recommend not to purchase anything … if they have problems tracking all the transactions to get to the right coin balance this could cause more problems if you make additional transactions while beeing handled
Im seriously considering moving on. There are better games that I can pay for.
I downloaded Skyrim. I think these issues might be resolved by the time I do the MSQ 
170 000 players+ and each account is currently being solved manually in random order, meanwhile it’s almost weekend when nobody at Zendesk is gonna be working… What do you think about how long this will take. :')
