I can confirm that for last 4 updates.
Any significant change came only after the weekend.

next update just wait 24h and see what kind of surprise the box of pandora at FC has choosen to unleash to all who where to precipitated for playing right after the update was deployed

in the background perhaps but none which solved the problem for me

sad but true… played since 2018 but…
1st - old purge got replaced by not purge (aka controllable raid), which a huge loss for me as a pve builder\base defender\survivalist (if you control raid - its not a raid).
2nd - each new chapter and battlepass less interesting for me content wise (but it is my taste)
3rd - no new dungeons, mounts, pets, armor rework, religion rework etc etc
and finally this, coins gone, ban for no reasons, no compensation after…
probably its time to leave the game, maybe in future its gonna get better…

Concerned if we don’t see a resolution today, we won’t see a resolution through the whole weekend. If this is relying upon Customer Service to go through these one at a time. Oof

No ticket is answered
But i can enter the game now and balance is all good now

they are probably update and close the tickets.,

i cant get in , still banned :frowning: i did sent aditional information to them on my two tickets.

Hmm, my crom coins outstanding has been reduced to the original amount… does this mean they’re working on my account?!

Wished they would do that to my account. I’m wanting in.

What I find strange is that influencers don’t seem to have any problems or are treated preferentially :thinking:

kiahonfire got banned, but i am sure they will get fixed faster than any regular joe XD

Yeah, this i amjor issue. My self and the thirty other people I play with the exception one all got the same message saying you have been banned due to an invalid payment transaction. Leaving us all with negative crom coin balances. As if that where not bad enough, it also effects single player as well. Then go to the recommended site only to find no avenues directly dealing with the issue. None us failed a transaction either, this from what it looks like is either a bug, at best, meliscious intent at worst.

That is a good Idea. I am going to follow your lead in this. Only way Funcom will get it through there heads they need fix there crap before its released not after.

I also have Ticket #: 165714 which was for a ban appeal and after approximately 28 hours neither ticket has been addressed. I’m not holding my breath anything will be done before next week.

Just got Unbanned. My ticket # was 166497, if that gives anyone any indication of the pattern.

I’m finally back in game, however my tickets are still flaged as open…
So everyone, better try to log from time to time than wait for your ticket to go green.
