Somewhat related to this issue and more related to the holidays fast-approaching, but yes, we’re doubling both building and thrall decay timers until January 7th. These changes should go live upon the next server restart.
I tried and I got the same. They might be just trimming the time spent on tickets by just immediately moving to the next one and may mass close them at the end of their shift.

Yeah, same. Doubling down on their resolution speed probably just cut out responding and closing tickets for the time being.
I’m in now as well… no email response to the ticket, but I am up and running. My coin balance is back to where it should be too!

I’ll give props to their customer service team then. Developers are still kind of hanging out on the shit list though. Hope they give the customer service department a decent holiday bonus since they’re pretty much cleaning up another departments mess as well as bearing the brunt of angry customers.
My ban have been removed too. No email no notification.
for this to go away FC needs to compensate all players with Crom Coins for gross negligence since people bought their Crom Coins who got robbed ,and FC released broken they know was broken before hand. Did they even fix the one hit purge invaders?
