I am still for that you guys try from time to time to log back in, even if you get no reaction from Zendesk.
Now i am genuinely afraid to go offline from the game, cause I do not trust this solution for now, if it’s only short term one.
been trying for 28 hours to login, getting sick of it
Funcom may have managed to do something that fixed my end at least, and hopefuly a lot of you too, heck to make sure if it worked. As i’m no longer falsy banned and all my crom coins were there back from before the issue hit.
So funcom may have fixed a lot of people without having to go through support. Thank goodness.
finally i can log in, coins are there. it takes time to unbann all
We’re currently in the process of deploying that larger-scale solution I mentioned earlier, but will take time to propagate through everyone affected.
#165791 still open and no replay etc. in zen but ban lifted and can play, coins seems also in place. 27h wait.
All restored! I can play. But i wont till next age. Good luck lads. =D
At least the test run worked on getting me and some others that I know for the most part restored. So much appreicated.

Look I am going to be blunt here.
Please tell me Funcom has more in store then a “Sincere apologies for this inconvenience” as recompense for this? You are aware I am sure that folk’s actually tried to pay there way back in?
And no, I am sorry but the whole “we will be elongating timer’s” is not really the full monty here for what’s needed nor does it feel sufficient.
Now I know you don’t speak for Funcom or can make decision’s, but as the community manager, (and I honestly don’t know for how long) this has been the singularly largest uproar I have ever seen on this game. And simply elongating timer’s this time around is not going to be enough to instill faith back in what remained of the stalwart playerbase who supported CE and Funcom.
I know it surely doesn’t help me.
It finally worked for me now.
I could login two times in a row and the amount of coins was OK too.
I really wish I could be happy for everyone who can login again… still nothing this end 
what will end up happening I think, is those that payed the crom coins, to get back will get those back as well. So like if they spent like 300 dollars, I think they would get that amount of cromcoins back.
Seems to be working now.
But this has truly been a very disappointing experience
I am here to shed a tear. Its been more than 24 hours now that I have opened a ticket and still nothing. I know most of us are still waiting.
However from previous experiences i know they do not work on weekends.
This pushes back my servers new season launch by a lot since im the server owner and i cannot log in. I was planning on launching it a day after the new patch.
I guess I wanted to rant with the rest of you.
try relaunching the game now, they did an automatated fix, that has fixed many of us. Won’t get a response in the ticket for that. So got to relaunh the game and check, and its still rolling out, its not hit everyone yet.
I did just 2 mins ago, still banned (with lower amount) but banned nonetheless
