I know everyone feels like they didnt deserve this, and they are right to be upset.
I have had foundations remove years of progress, I have been wrapped up in this ban for no reason, and you ignore Siptah to the point it seems like punishment for preferring the map.
Is Funcom actively trying to push people away each patch? Patch drops, insane issues and all the community gets is a āmeh, be patientā.
I am trying to find a reason to continue. But the communication has been sorely lacking when this stuff happens

Iām the same situation , the ticket is still open but I was able to connect to the official server normally and I got my 7 CP back

Can we get an ETA on how long this propagation is expected to take? its over an hour since the fix began propagating but I am still banned and showing a fake negative balance (it is back to where is was yesterday when this first occurred (-3334) but I still cannot play.) I was not in the negative - in fact I had a credit of crom coins. I DID NOT buy on black Friday as others have mentioned so this is not the cause. And how pointless is it to have Zendesk ask us which character names and clans when this is an across the board ban?
You sound like you have a considerable history so Iāll spare you any catch-up. This seems to me, without any knowledge other than what Iāve gained here and Steam, a paperwork issue that they are putting all hands on deck to fix manually. So like, if youāre a janitor on 3rd shift in Oslo, theyāll put you on an ipad to help get people playing again.

If you hadnāt logged in since the AoW3, they fixed it for people that have not been flagged yet. So you should be okay.

This is clearly beyond Black Friday or other āget more coins per dollarā deal day. There seems to be a hard reconciliation that happened between two systems (in computing: interface), and we bore the brunt of it as a coincidental ban model was simultaneously deployed. More like āany time you saved coinsā has been penalized. In other words, one system charged you 1200CC for the building set that was marked down from 2600 ā the other charged you the difference, 1400CC.
