4 hours ago i received an email. That is approx 24hrs without any communication. I am now able to logon again and my balance seems restored. The message i got contained no info on why and how unfortunately.
But i am still too salty to even take a look at the word bazaar if i am honest. Sour taste.
a little plus perhaps: the combat felt okay to me. i mostly use controller tho. especially when fighting, but i also tried with keyboard and mouse and it went just fine so…there.
Ok, did not received any answer to the tickets, but my game is back working “normally” I guess.
Plus I can confirm “accounted” that my coins are back correctly.
As a “professional OCD” of sorts, I do have my usage things in the game recorded like accounting statements, and it seems all checks up correctly.
But I did not bought the “debt” before, so Idk what happened to someone who did.

The not communicating part is what gets me the most. I understand that they are busy and lots of tickets have been made. But i am not talking about a 1:1 conversation here. Just a mail to all who are affected. " we see you. Cannot make any promises, but this is what we know so far." nothing more…but no.
Andy just said it was resolved. And accounts should be unbanned and coins returned…
