I submitted a request in the game. Iām sitting waiting(ā¦ itās funny that before I got blocked, I was going to make a purchase at the market. Now if I buy something, Iāll remember this moment when I saw a negative balance in the gameā¦
Itās been almost 1.5 days to solve the problem. Isnāt this the norm?

Only 1 ticket is needed if youāre still experiencing issues with your account, and if you already submitted a ticket when the issue first sprung up, then you donāt need to submit a new one.
The vast majority of accounts affected by this issue should be back to normal again, but thereās going to be some accounts that still need manual intervention to fully resolve. 
Still banned here. And rather frustrated just like the rest.

I launch 3 ticket, the first when I tried to star game after patch
the second because I use first link to make a ticket (to follow what you say to do for solving issue)
and the last, after this post, assuming i had to relaunch for you to know issue is still there for me.

Some stragglers may still be resolved today but, as much as it pains me to say, at this point in the day I wouldnāt expect much more until after the weekend. Iām sorry.
Aye, frustration really sums it up. This is probably pretty big now.
What annoys me personally is the fact that I have always been willing to defend Conan Exiles/Funcom from criticism - now I feel ashamed towards my friends and acquaintances, whom I have persuaded in the past to buy the game and mostly praised positively. Iāve even personally advocated for Conan Exiles to be given a vote as a ālabor of loveā on Steam.
I have now sent three tickets to Funcom/Zendesk and will leave it at that.
What irritates me, however, is the fact that I had access to Conan Exiles in between ā¦ At least I was able to play the game in solo mode for a while, but thatās no longer possible either and the number of negative Crom Coins jumps back and forth: Sometimes itās over -30,000 and sometimes itās āonlyā round about -700 ā¦ A joke considering how high my positive balance was before the bug.

So some players get to play, and others have to sit all weekend and watch their friends enjoy the game without them. nice right
