seem’s like funcom is just another bag of lies ,been banned since patch and nothing but bad thing’s to say about customer service ,useless idiot’s can’t even make game run right yet still jamm’in out content and demanding money that’s not owed ,ignoring people who spend money on your games is not good way to do business .

I’m in the same boat. Opened a ticket yesterday. No response for roughly 24 hours. I am hoping its resolved soon. The negative Crom Coins went down though. Just still about a 50 USD purchase to get me out from the false ban.
I’ve filled it out as they asked, and to make it easier for them I’ve sent transaction IDs of all my Crom coin purchases just to help them verify it if needed, but even then, over 24 hrs later still banned. Though, since I’ve worked a help desk for the last 6 years I know that large floods that require work to do, such as this can take up to 72 hrs or more in these scenarios.
Depending on how many people are working, and who they have to go through to resolve them. Its an utter mess.
Yeah I’m patient for most things. This just was unfortunate and makes me a bit sad I can’t play conan exiles. love the game. was curious about the combat changes.

Thank god, I’m not alone in this, I’ve made some requests for information through their provided link and have been ignored so far. It was quite distressing but conformation on the glitch is at least reassuring.
It seems extend of decay time by funcom will get change only in monday, to this time lets pray together our bases will be still there.
FOLLOW-UP : I had to pay the extortion fee to save my bases.

I’m in the same boat as you. All my friends on Steam that play this game have been on today and somehow I didn’t get let out out jail either
