How difficult would it be to make the map room where you get the Cartographer feat functional? The Unnamed City obelisk is the only one players can’t build a map room anywhere near. When you accidentally port there it really sucks. I’ve never understood why that map room isn’t functional. Surely the Giant Kings were using it back when they ruled all of the Exiled Lands.
I like this idea!
No a bad ideia sr… not a bad ideia
Agree. This is a solid idea.
But most importantly, what do YOU think?
Yeah why not.
Yes great idea
I think it’s really a great idea, allowing also lonely players, small clans to use this way to travel without having to build a maproom itself. Of course, they have to make to the location, that’s a fact, and the price to pay.
Anyway, the unnamed city is big, and under-used i think. There should be much more to do, discover, and play around. It should be a place where you have to come back for different reasons. Also there should be more ghosts of any kind. It was a big city, a center.
We should feel the old mysteries surrounding us at each step we do, feel the old spirits, get some clues that let us wish to learn ever more.
I have no clue how difficult it would be to implement but at very least I’ve forwarded the suggestion to the devs and noted it down. Seems like a lot of people would be interested in having this. :b I can’t promise that it’s something we’re able to add but I agree, would be pretty cool.
Thanks Nicole. I would think it depends on if the maproom they used there is a unique object or the same object with interactions turned off. If it’s the former, it’s probably a bigger deal. If the second, it /should/ just be a matter of toggling the interactions on.
I like this idea. The unnamed city is for the most part, a gigantic pain in the ■■■.
We have a map room at the south gate of the Den. A couple minute walk.
Come on FunCOM, I need I need…
Went to the Unnamed City once. It was scary. Got the Maproom but it stressed me out. So I left and went back to my cozy house. I see no reason to ever leave again.
Honestly finding that huge map room is very anticlimactic when you realize it doesn’t function. It working would make a much better and more magical experience.
