Good to know, back to the topic, the new AI behavior of the npcs is way better than before, you see people complaining because, as always, they want the game to be a little harder than playing on godmode, but i like to see that the developers are taking the game away from that hole.
The leashing is a bit ridiculous in that you can run away from an NPC, then turn around to take a swing at it, and then they take off running to their predetermined location.
Still, they could have first fixed behaviour like: using a shield to block or rolling to evade attacks. They do that already, but just at random times. Often NPCs just stand there and get staggered. You just keep them staggered until they’re dead. You can do this over and over. And instead of fixing these things, they slap a completely different mechanic on top of it and call it a challenge.

Same problem, also AI fighter thralls doesn’t go with you when diving into sunken city.
Its like talking to the deaf on this forums when you talk bugs, many defend every single bug and reply with its ok it will get fixed some day or provide a million work arounds. Its frustrating to get the bugs then its frustrating to report them and then have to defend they really are bugs over and over and then get the canned “we are sorry for your frustration, we will pass this on” done. Then its even more frustrating to wait for the bug fixes that well some just never come they get pushed down the list from the new bugs. These forums make me frustrated lol but I keep coming back and reporting the bugs as I really do love this game or I would just walk away.

Just what I mean, its always defend, bugs wont kill me but they will kill mine and many many other thralls, our time breaking, finding and enjoying. Bugs kill the game, the player base, the enjoyment. Yes bugs do kill the joy and fun of the game and they are not limited by laws to tell the truth and fix the game lol. Yes many of us are working from home in fact I do QA at home for companies and still manage to do my job, but can tell you and said it before If I missed this many bugs my boss would fire my ■■■.
I did not mean bugs only so I clarify people also ask things such as punishment of players like are they getting banned and how long if they find there IP address and block that some people ask those questions and like many others such as contacts employees have I heard they get promoted so what’s their pay now and yes peoples have asked that one was even on a stream long ago I was referring to that against law also to clarify the game is in multiple countries and that have there own laws and policy for games coming into there countries for instance China for almost all games that are online must be free and you can not charge them but they have to set up
Micro transactions to get revenue as stupid as that is but there is the problem you only see where you live not where they do in order to get games in other countries they must sign that the will obey there laws and again you don’t know them all or the agreement they have with any and all people that have rights to Conan universe or any thing in there that may belong to others and thus they have to follow those rules two

Also a QA is not a team that that designed programs for the game on top of that again where do you live I have a 65 foot tower with the 3 fastest internet available to the public in the USA so yeah I have no lag but is that your fault, funcom or anybody else that has lag cause they can’t afford it no bug they work to fix lag for all that they can but it takes time and depending on the people they have numbers what they can take home equipment wise I mean come on man do you plan to to put your in entire team and all of the equipment in your house I don’t even thinks the equipment I got to use would even get 2% in here so they bounce a lot of data on top of that comms is more problematic a mean can you ask one of your team to hand you pen cause your out of them ( yeah not a problem let me get in my car and drive 20 minutes to give you a pen) though I can do that as I’m working both from home and work as I’m essentially person now only if I can get stuff outside to stop being hit and runs only 42000 dollars in two weeks and would also be nice if I did not get hit by a car again ( that mustang was nice though thank god he was only going 5 miles a hour but yeah right my work place has also had assaults and threats because of the new precautions we had to take due to law change but hey I still fine but not all of those vehicles all with in a month and we lost over half of our staff to new screening the head put out and it’s very strict and right now we are below min capacity of staff resulting in well thing going down hill so areas are not able to function with efficiency thus some parts a being closed and supply on a lot can no longer come in so yeah you doing well in your house aren’t you). Do not have a wife I am the woman part of my single house hold. I live in NB, Canada , the safest place in North America at the moment, no virus cases here in over 18 days I think but we still are in a phase of lock down and have it on my profile for every thing I belong to where I live.
I do not expect them to tell their trade secrets to us but I do expect them to be honest about the product I paid for and as I am in Canada yes we have rules and laws for gaming companies but as you know I was not speaking about government regulations. I was speaking to be honest with those who buy their games and support their company about when we can expect fixes that do plague the game we play and brought. To simply say yes this is a bug, yes it is a bug but never have I seen a post by a funcom member who said yes we know that is a bug and we will get that fixed as we know our communities is losing its hard work they have spent months on.
Instead we get “we are sorry for your frustration, we will poke our team.” you know that one statement frustrates people almost as much as the bug lol. I have worked from home long before this virus put the world on work from home statue. I know how hard it can be , the problems that can be encountered, the work arounds needed to just stay in touch with others on your team, I do feel for them its hard , I feel for anyone that has to work in this. No company is at full right now and slow downs are expected, its not that is has anything to do with my problem with this, its that this has been happening for way long before the virus and the world working from home , its been happening for a long long time.
QA Conan Exciles , hell yes in a freaking minute if they would hire me to work in Canada from home I would QA the heck out of that game in a minute , I tried out the test life , reported a few bugs, never got fixed , moved on to just playing and reporting. That is part of the problem with Test live, they who play on it and bug test get tired of working for free to help report bugs so Funcom can put out less bugs and then the bugs they report do not get fixed. Its frustrating so I feeling are based because of things I have found, seen, read and played and this patch is not the first buggy one , not sure ever seen a patch with no bugs to be honest.
I hope things get better for you , this is a very hard time for everyone and everyone is on their last nerve some days but nothing I say about Funcom comes out of anger or dislike but out of frustration for a game I know could have and maybe still could be the top game in its gene. I am just tired of bugs and the way Funcom and some times this forum handles them.

Yeah, I agree. If we, sometimes, being a bit harsh on something, it’s because out of pure frustration, not hatred. It’s because we deeply care about the game. Only those people who care deeply can express that range of emotion in theirs bug reports or elsewhere. Only by making resonance you can achieve something real. If it were up to people who’s like “it’s intented, it’s not a bug, everything is fine, just be patient and wait” we would have been in uptade 1.0 with the buggy stick in our hands and even then they would have said that is entented, everything is fine.

I agree with this a lot. Sure, it’s just “another survival game”, but this game feels different than any other game I’ve played. The potential is huge. It’s already very fun to play. If more of the bugs were fixed and the game had more polish, it would be simply an amazing game.
If you want high end content, then i can you recommend the mod “age of calamitous”.
This mod has:
- 6 new factions with their own armors and weapons
- up to level 120
- a lot of new materials, workbenches, enemies
you can choose one of the faction.
So you dont need a new ai system.
It’s a better system like that…Why attacking a complete camp would be easy and juste 1v1 combats ? It’s a survival game attacking camps have to be harder than now, I think.
and for base defense, it’s a beter behavior too
On the attacking the camp I get all of the enemies chasing me get the great axe out and spin in circles slaughter them all and that’s the end of that story. Wel on that run at least 
See those spins are cheating to me lol, why they put that in , its not even close to anything real its like a super hero with his special attack its not human and it does not even fit and its just another way to cheeze in my mind, kill every thing around you by just spinning around and around and around like a kids top toy. I do not mean you , I mean Funcom with a cheese way, they say they want to remove the ability to cheese bosses then add a spin till stamina is gone weapon .

I don’t like how the archers will teleport off my wall and then set off all my mines on the ground 
At least before the archers would attack the enemy/purge when I opened the gate.
