Bug Description:
In the last 24 hours my game has frozen 5 times. Every time it has frozen, I have been dragging unconscious thralls across varying terrain. 4 of the crashes were while mounted and 1 was on foot.
Expected Behavior:
I read of this being an issue last year. I would like to know if there was a local fix for this issue or if it a result of a recent patch.
Steps to Reproduce:
Knock out a thrall, drag them through any terrain. Happened over larger distances, but not exclusively.
Just happened to me (on foot, no pet). Gonna make it hard to populate my base…
Was dragging from The Sandpit toward Drifter’s Rest, didn’t make it that far.
Happened twice, freeze at about 3/5 the distance from The Sandpit. Same distance as the first time.

So just got an update… (Steam). Installed it and tried taking another thrall from the same location above. The game froze at the same location above.
Since the most recent update, my game working perfectly last night has started crashing and freezing almost every 10mins making it unplayable, whatever the “fix” update was last night, it just broke this game more.

Bug Description:
After last nights ‘update’ the game has crashed twice now, in the exact same place. On the way back to my noob base (once on horseback and once on foot) the game crashes and needs me to enter Task Manager to close the not responding game. On entering the game my avatar has moved on some considerable distance from the crash. *
Expected Behavior:
I expect for there to be no crashes! Especially as there had been absolutely NONE WHATSOEVER until last nights update. *
Installed Mods:
Although a private server there are no mods’ installed. *
Steps to Reproduce:
On my way to Heartsblood Rise (where I have a noob base) coming from the Sinkhole area, as seen in the picture included, I have experienced the game crashing twice. I do not wish to experience a third time, so will not be attempting to play until this matter is resolved. *
The patch was partially rolled back, which didn’t help at that point once it was out. Rollbacks are not as simple as just putting an old version, as they may alter saves and databases in funky ways.
Just to clarify though, this patch didn’t add crossplatform play with Xbox, but added compatibility with the Windows Store on PC.
Back on the topic of the thread, we have now identified the issue and we’re cooking the fix for it. It may take a few hours to get it. Until then, thanks again for your patience
I just finished cleaning my old coffee machine (the stones that you have in the buttom of your kettle, same with coffee machine) so it can keep producing me tons of coffee so im happy to share some coffee with you, you are most welcomed
