Playful puppies = new elite feral dogs?

Hey there !

I saw during a livestream a few feral dogs that had special names (Sigfrid, Brutus, Ares…) and I initially though they were just renamed pets.

BUT in the admin panel you can spawn them ! I also saw “playful puppies”, and my assumption is that these playful puppies always grow as one of these named elite feral dogs ?

So, my question is : how do you get those playful puppies ? Maybe I missed the information during the afore mentioned livestream ? (english is not my native language so that’s quite a possibility)

You have to find them at specific locations. To be honest, they’re badass. Like T4 pets.

Yeah I compared the stats, they’re basically like T4 feral dogs ^^ would you happen to know those specific locations ? I found the yakiths are sold by NPCs, but wandering babies are so hard to find T-T

Hmm interesting. When you are getting feral dog pups will these have a different name? Are they actually called playful puppies?

Yep, there are seven different IDs for the “playful puppy” whereas there is only one ID for the “feral dog puppy”, this is why I assumed those seven different playful puppies were growing into the named elite feral dogs ! I’ll take a picture when I’m online if you want :slight_smile:

Did you find it in a specific place ?? Or just a random puppy spawn ?

See ? There are seven playful puppies, and seven “special” named feral dogs ! (which all have the same stats as T4 dogs)

I had Aries and another player had Brutus. Brutus ends up with a ridiculous strength score.

They’re found in the npc camps. You won’t find them with normal feral dogs.
