We already reached out in private to everyone we were able to help. If you didnā€™t hear from us, please send a DM to @Community with the following information and, pay much attention to spelling and including any special characters in the IDā€™s:

  1. Steam ID
  2. Origin server (where you were transferring from)
  3. Transfer server (where you were transferring to)
  4. Character name

For the accounts that were addressed, you should no longer experience issues with the character transfer feature.

So after seeing this I stopped trying to transfer my character and Iā€™m waiting until a patch to resolve it. But I am having a different issue than anyone I see here.

I am on an official pve-c server (#1516) trying to transfer to another official pve-c server but the transfer prompt tells me Iā€™m only eligible to move to an unofficial server. Not sure whatā€™s up or if itā€™s related to the transfer system being overall borked at the moment.

@Dana @Mayra Hi, I have a problem. in the transfer from the 6305 server to the 6306 there was an error and the message token failed. so I couldnā€™t do the same and the transfer option didnā€™t appear anymore. could you look into this for me please as my character had several essential items his name was [RM] Cotoco ID >>[CTM]<<74111
