[Soldier] Froob Assault Rifle

I found this weapon today: OT Rancho CC Prototype
When I consult auno and use the damage calculator I got the following results (with default values) for four different QL57 weapons:

Cheap Division 9 Plasmaprojector Over 10 seconds you would do about 88 points
Premium Seburo C99a Over 10 seconds you would do about 70 points
Premium EBeamer Over 10 seconds you would do about 104 points
OT Rancho CC Prototype Over 10 seconds you would do about 130 points

I didn’t find anything about that Rancho weapon while the other three, especially the first one, often was recommended. So for me as beginner it appears I should take the one with highest DPS. I’m wrong with it?

A couple of points:
Default values in the calculator are not representative of normal use for that weapon.

10 seconds is too short to allow for the actual damage difference between the weapons to be seen in the calculator.

Div 9 hasn’t been a recommended weapon for froobs for a number of years.
