Thralls will not go unconscious

I am playing single player and have used every single type of club to knock out a thrall but no matter how many times it hit them they will not go unconscious. Would really love for somebody to tell me what I am doing wrong

Not sure if you’re new, but it does take more than one hit to knock them out and it even shows a blue meter above their health bar. I knocked out a T4 Jabal(however you spell it) priest about an hour ago

My game does not show a blue bar above their health and I have hit them so many times they die. Is there a setting that gets rid of the blue bar?

Make sure you’re using RT for heavy attack. Light attack will kill them. Accidentally killed my first thrall doing that
