Yeah, that’s an excellent explanation of why I’m not going back to Siptah until the server transfer is implemented.
Did you have to ping them? Many of the tips here are likely to make the devs go “oh, no, that won’t do, let’s get rid of that” 
Here’s another tip, or rather a warning, for newbies: if you’re dragging an unconscious NPC, it can still be hurt by attacks, including those from your own followers. So if you’re dragging a rare NPC and you have a follower in tow, make sure to set your follower to “attack nothing”.
That’s how I lost a T4 smelter from the Exiles faction (i.e. an extra squishy smelter) – my bodyguard decided to kill a spider and ended up killing my smelter.

- That emotes are non-functional. So lying down when you get food poisoning is not going to remedy the ailment. Yes, I actually did this shotly after buying the game at release time.

Ok here’s a tip.
Making Oil from bark and Ichor is much faster in the Trade Alchemists bench and costs the same as the Precision variant.
Also making Alchemical base and Steelfire costs the same in the Improved Firebowl Cauldron as the Precision kind but is 33.33% faster and has the same amount of slots.

- When Arcos the Wanderer told me of a “whole city of exiles further to the north”, he was NOT talking about the Unnamed City! Turns out that wandering in there at a low level with just light armor and an iron sword intent on doing some Skyrim style trading was not a good idea. You would think that the foreboding red colour of the biome would have been enough of a deterent, but it turns out it was not.

- Putting on a Bearers Pack grants a generous additional Encumberance bonus…
…but then you discover it also obstructs your field of vision.

Haha I ended up killing my own named priest because I thought I needed more crocodile leather. My thrall thought so too and he completed a good 2h combo.

Discovering that letters like ð, þ etc do not currently work with single player character copy transfers. My poor Skaði is stuck with her name being Sk??di until either Funcom fixes it or I use a workaround.

Leaving thralls in a wheel of pain is as good as keeping them in a fridge, they never go bad. You can load up a wheel and never turn it on until you want thralls. With the upcoming thrall limits everyone should load up their wheels with premium thralls.

You can get 3x “???” per mob, using mitra ankh and sigil of the gremlin.
You can convert 2x bear/elephant/rhino skins into 3x thick hide. You can make more tar this way.
You can harvest mushrooms with a pick or pickaxe for increased yield amount. Same for lotus flowers.
Frost giants follower can be obtained by defeating Ladagara Daughter Of Ymir, found in New Asagarth, in the altar area where a random priest sits. She also spawns during nordheimer purge.
You can make gold/silver ore by placing golden/silver rocknoses in pet pens and feed them stone. These produce around 20 ores per day, per pet pen.
The best way to get T4 crafters early on is in Sinners Refuge(Exiled Lands).
A good way to increase the purge meter can be achieved with only a bed roll, a douzen sandstone pillars and a pair of daggers. Start by placing a bed roll in the starter area near a nest of easy to kill mobs like shaleback nest. Remove your bracelet, kill a shaleback and place/destroy a sandstone pillar every 15min.
This will award you with 800 purge points. 42000 points (a full purge bar) can be obtained in ~12 hours.
It’s a grindy tehnique so it may become exhausting.
Easiest to craft feast is Feast of Ymir. It only costs 1x of each feral flesh, salt, mushroom amanita, puffball mushroom, blackice. You also need specialist cooking IX and Altar of Ymir T2. Feast of Ymir can heal you for 17hp/3s making it a very good healing option during combat.
A good way to make starmetal, if you don’t fancy searching for meteors, is to capture cimmerian/accursed tralls T1, T2 and T3. Once converted, these thralls will have star metal weapons on them which can be dismanteled into bars. In this way, you can save brimstone and blackice that’s normaly part of the smelting process of startmetal ore.
Keep in mind to build several wheels of pain and capture any cimmerian/accursed thralls, regardless of their tier. Tier 1 thralls make for the best source since they can be converted in 15min.
If you dislike running an encumberance build but still want to farm stone/wood, you can use a camel’s 30 inventory slots (or a rhino caravan from the turanian DLC)
Best way to carry 10k stones at level 15 is to build a stable and tame a horse which will provide 10 inventory slots.
Best and fairly cheap way to illuminate interiors are Stygian Braziers. These cost only 15 iron bars and can be unlocked at lvl 11 via braziers feat. It takes only 1 stygian brazier to illuminate a 6x6 room, and it produces as much light as 20x bracketed torches.
A good way to avoid being hit by any monster/npc is to run in circles, as long as the monster/npc is the same size or smaller than you.
Best way to survive heatstroke while in the volcano is to eat ice. This makes for a good way to recover your corpse if you ever die in that area or just want to do a fast scout while naked.
You can fast teleport between 2 bases by placing a bedroll in one and a bed in the other. Removing your bracelet will give you the option to select your respawn between the bed and bedroll. This is really good if you want to reset the decay timer on your bases fast. (Don’t do this if you have sigils!)
If you want to check a structure decay timer or owner without a repair hammer, you can just press and hold TAB key on your keyboard.
A really good way to travel fast while encumbered is to unsheathe a pair of daggers and press Ctrl key to do back flips.
You can make silk with 10 fat grubs and an artisan table.
You can make blood sausage if you place blood in a campfire. This is also one of the best healing food for cat pets. If you’re out of blood, you can convert demon blood, 1:5 ratio, at Retreat of Jhebbal Sag(T2 shrine).
Good way to get alchemical base early on is to kill bearers for supply boxes. If you’re luck you can get 500/1000 alchemical base from one box.
If you’re thrisy and far from a water sources, look for berries, bugs/bees. These can replenish your thirst meter.
You can kill rhinos, boars and crocodiles at level 6 with just a pair stone daggers. The bleed effect from this weapon type stacked as 10 can kill a rhino in 12 sec and a lvl 60 fully geared player in less.
Placing bestial memory potions in a fridge will create an “attribute reset station” that can come in handy if you plan to reset your attributes only, several times a day.
If you don’t want to worry about food ever again, you can build a bee hive.
You can illuminate your Greater wheel of pain in style by placing a hanging brazier underneath its ladder:

The poison from Venom infused/feroxic weapons and orb of zath spider can stack, providing an easy way to kill elephants/bosses vulnerable to poison.
You can trade DLC items. Weapons/armor from DLC can be repaired with repair kits if you don’t own the DLC.
You can prevent other players from wall you in by building adiacent to a large no-build area like an NPC capital or dungeon.
The highest damage dealing follower in Conan Exiles is the Greater Sabetooth.
The highest harvest power can be obtained with bounty oil on a clean tool. This works great for limited resources such as brimstone and blackice.
Gothrad the Oathbreaker is the only T4 taskmaster with a 100% respawn rate. He can always be found in a certain barrow in Mouds of the dead, close but outside the main village.
Sword of Crom is the highest damage 2-handed sword in the game. It’s only good for thralls because of it’s stamina drain mechanic. It has a very low drop chance from bosses in Unnamed City.
When demolishing a decayed player base, destroying doors and gates only will give you access to the items inside, which can be picked one by one as you please.
Acid arrows can bypass the gas mask. This works really well versus thralls that have gas protection.
You can harvest mushrooms/crystals more efficienly if you crouch as you swing from a 3rd person view.
