1) The Skinning storage container is still not accepting:
- Fur
- Layered Fur
- Layered Silk
2) The Thrall Pot & Pet Feeder Box is STILL broken! It has been reported numerous times now since Chapter 1.
3) The Golden Lotus Plants which grow in the Volcano biome are still invisible.
4) Collected treasures placed in the Coffer’s treasure room still disappear off his list every time we log off, and must be manually re-placed.
5) Encounters have not been working on Singleplayer mode on Playstation ever since their reintroduction.

I’ve never been more ashamed to have ever spent money on a game. Funcom, you have clearly made it your mission to self-destruct. I have friends whom have NEVER tried to cheat their way into any free content, whom have spent money on your ‘Crom Coin’ microtransaction hell…only to be repaid by being treated as if they are criminals! You money-grubbing bunch of donkey’s rear-ends, the fact that they have shown you all their steam purchase history and you STILL don’t consider it valid enough to unlock their f’n account is proof how little you value your player base. You have sent, loud and clear, the message that you will squeeze every ever-loving cent out of us that you can, whilst still doubting and pecuniarily punishing those who’d once loved your product, broken as it has always been. I highly advise making a VERY public apology to the people who’ve bought the game and/or any DLC’s, Crom Coins, or any other ‘bonus’ content. As well as reinstate ALL accounts and provide some sort of token of your sincere apology for their time wasted in trying to prove to you that the only thing they are guilty of is spending money on your broken products and the emotional duress of being railroaded by such an assinine attempt to wring even more from a playerbase that you already nearly destroyed with your Tot!Custom unwarranted removal that lasted long enough for over half of our friends moving on to newer, better-made games. I have spent over 20k hours playing CE, since the pre-Beta days. But you will be dropped like a bad habit if you do not handle this situation in a VERY careful manner and remediate all losses of time, money and patience. May you make the right choice, because the ball is in your court, Funcom.
-A highly disappointed customer whom has bought every DLC and now finds herself regretting every penny.

when can you expect to be able to play again ?
we have something called a decay timer, we want to reset
Thats why i promise from thrall decay bug that i boycott their new child - Dune Awakening, and tell all i know to avoid it because is funcom product.
Really funcom, you should hire addtional 1-2 persons to increase support for games that have visibly lacks in that field, or give back those who was taken to develop dune. 1-3 mistakes can be forgiven, but not mistakes every time in same situations, like realease chapters.

Probally in mid January when they finally resolve problem, they decide to rollback from mid January to 14.12 for ppl who will lost everything thanks to decay.
They do work. They’re just so rare that they’re hard to find. So far, I only had
- the sorcerer that summons darkness near Stargazer’s Crest and
- the “Storm” encounter in Sepermeru.
That’s after playing for, uhm, a worring amount of time in single player. They work, but the probability of them spawning seems too low. Not necessarily a bug, though, but a questionable design choice.
No, on Singleplayer mode for ps5 they do not work! I have reported it previously, and have had issues with them ever since the very first Grave Matters event. They do not work on my game.

They should give Andy B a pay rise, fire everyone on the PR Team and make him public relations officer. I think they would fare better with him alone, as there still has no letter of apology been issued.
The communication efforts are a farce.

That may be. They do work on PC.
Let’s keep track of our bans. Please join me.
Aye.
It has been an ongoing thing for Playstation Khaletohep. A good few of us on the forum have been wrestling with it.
It’s unfortunate that the role of community manager is so easily misunderstood. They represent the company and act as the bridge of communication, but many assume that this somehow means they have any power or control over anything, which is false. They are literally just a messanger, and when something goes wrong, they are the first person to recieve all the hate, when the reality is they’d do anything they could to fix the issue, but have no control or power themselves over it.
As a former CM myself, I know how exhausting and painful it can be when you’re trying to be that positive thing that is constantly met with pointy sticks when you’ve done nothing wrong yourself. Sometimes the only thing you can do is to wait until you actually have something to present, instead of subjecting yourself to even more stressful hate.

You’re absolutely right. I do love you and your pink sweater @AndyB. You definitely need a raise.

It shouldn’t be difficult to restore a backup from prior to the update, apply any transactions made since that time, and compare the results to the current balances in live. Of course I’m not privy to how they have this system designed or their release procedures. But if this simple task is not possible, then that is a red flag. Likewise, not already having such a disaster recovery plan in place is a red flag. “Crom Coins” is money. They should have… no, NEED to have… considerable safeguards and well logged transactions around these balances. Their response to this event gives me the impression that they have no idea what transactions took place, as well as no idea what the balances were before the update. Either would be inexcusably bad.
Game is not even developed by Oslo devs since 2019. It’s done in North Carolina

You know what “Funcom” stands for?
FUNdamentally inCOMpetent
With age of war chapter 1 they knowingly released a patch where there is a serious desync issue happening, turning the game unplayable after 15 minutes of play.
Before they had a serious bomb duplication exploit, took them 3 months to fix.
I could name more screw ups, but this would just end up in more and more frustration.
Just stay away from Funcom games.

I’ve been very critical of this recent snafu, but this is 100% true. It’s rare that engineers and support staff are making calls to release code right before much of the staff is out for weeks. Setting up a feature release date right before the holidays is a hallmark of management wanting “this thing to go out in 2023” or stubbornly sticking to date driven development. I have little doubt there were ignored reservations of those with their hands in the code and ears to the player base.
interesting what will be with decay timers of those who is banned, loosing all stuff again… i guess…
My greatest concern about this is that they may have introduced a new security feature that relied on past records where no records actually exist.
If until now, they have not kept a back-log of all crom changes on the account, this is not going to be fixable, since there would no way for them to know why the crom balance is what it currently is. (IE: if someone purchased a bazaar item when it was discounted vs the normal non-discounted price).
If they actaully did have a back log of all these changes that are necessary to restore the correct balance, then there would be no need for anyone to send in a ticket, as the system should be reading all of those changes - no bans would have been given… So you can see where this is going…

Still banned after 24 hours and TWO error tickets. I don’t even PLAY on the official servers. I’m an Admin for modded servers and I can’t get in to help my players. I am in tears.
I can’t even find how to get back to check my ticket status.
