Again, this is no different than a DLC, and we’ve already had one pointless discussion about how any new pieces for existing sets must be released for free, because “we already paid for it”. 
The only complaint I could agree with is that maybe they shouldn’t charge for adding those same new pieces to the base-game sets like sandstone. I can see the logic in that.
