Have you visited the old account page(Funcom - Account Management )? You might be able to fix it from there. If you were double charged, you’ll probably have to open up a ticket or dispute the charge, but I believe that’ll get your account banned.

A word of warning.
Its possible to get charged for double subscriptions on one account.
The clunky outdated and confusing UI in account management is really not helping in this. Very disapointed with no answer after opening a ticket regarding this day ago…

Hey guys, i upgraded my froob account to paid earlier and went on to play and it all worked. I logged out at some point and tried relogging a bit later and couldn’t log back in, it told me my account is frozen. I figured out it was due to an unverified paypal account and placed the money onto a different paypal account that is verified and paid through that. The payment went through and is accepted but the initial payment i made is still there, and because it has the status “failed” i think it’s…
so… how long does it take for a frozen account to become playable again after payment?
ive been waiting for hours, i hear people wait days or weeks for this?
please help, im about to cancel the payment through my bank.
