See, this is your problem, you keep ‘Googling’ and some of us actually played and experienced it to know the event log existed.
The event log was there in early access just as I stated and it was updated as I also noted which you are now getting confused on with your Googling.
You stated that 7 years ago you didn’t think there was an event log and yet, you just showed your Google evidence that there was one and it was being updated at least 8 years ago. You need to stop trying to debate things you were not involved in and had no direct experience with and are relying on Google for.
If you look closely in some of your referenced links, you will see players are asking for more name clarification as players were running around cheesing names to try to get past the logs. A big one back in the day was for people to use name or clan name (cannot remember which was on initial event log) like ruin system because back then, if something decayed, that is what it showed up under so people would look at logs thinking things were destroyed by decay when it was a person/clan using the name. People would also use something basic like a period to confuse the logs, I cannot remember all the ways people were trying to circumvent logs but this is why we saw several updates over the years.
As mentioned a few times now, you seem confused on a lot of PVP related points so please stop relying on Google to tell people that played the game what they did/didn’t have. We had an event log at early access and and others have jumped in stating they played as well during that time and had an event log. Hell, we had event logs before we even had climbing.
Trying to have a productive conversation with you on anything pvp related is not productive as you are relying on Google rather than experience.
