Well said. I’ve been as patient as I can be but 3515 has been functionally down for four months now. It has almost two years of effort put into it for my clan. Not being able to play has been painful and we just went five days in row without anyone being able to log in and we were concerned over losing everything because we couldn’t even refresh timers.
I gave up and i discovered that the same issue is also present in other PVE conf servers located in Europe, it is not a server issue. Is something more.
Well 4 months later still nothing. Probably lost everything. Funcom doesn’t care about anything but their money. You would think since they are trying to sell the company they would fix the issues so they could what they want. Well if the other company’s find out looks like they will be SOL. This is old and annoying. Instead of adding fix it so it is playable. So I am done wasting my time or money on the POS. I don’t see how their new map will work when the old one isn’t. #Hugo
Have you considered trying any other servers? I just went back and read all the old messages. There’s reports of others connecting and playing just fine. If you can’t connect to any other servers it’s probably a client-side issue and being angry about the economic state of the company doesn’t fix your poor internet.
We’ve set up a new, temporary PvE-C in our EU datacenter for the PS4 to run some further tests in this specific environment, we’d appreciate any feedback given from anyone willing and able to join and play:

We’re aware that not everyone is experiencing these issues as the official PvE-C servers have been pretty active so it would really help if anyone experiencing connectivity issues could provide us with some additional data to forward to the team.
Is it possible to access via the PS4? I’m assuming no.
I do have a pc version of the game but I’ve never used it to access a server outside of the standard server list.
I did that. My backup server has these issues now. It’s not a server, it’s an entire server type that’s slowly having these issues. The only difference seems to be what stage of the problems each server is at. And who’s to say, with an entire server group having issues, that restarting on a different server type won’t put me in the same position six months down the road when this issue spreads to that server type?
I assume this is for Pc only.
But I can provide some info:
- I can’t play properly in any of my friends account, in my Ps4
- My friends can play normally with my account in theyr Ps4
- I can play normally with mine or any of my friends account in any PvE/PvP official and in any PvE / PvP / PvE-C that is not official
How it started:
- I started playing on PvE-C and the server was Ok-ish.
- I had problems with stuff loading but after a couple tries and like 30minutes trying to enter the game I would be able to play normally.
- One night I got a blue screen, game freeze had to close the app.
- Ever since that night I’m not able to play properly.
- I get into the game , I wait for stuff to load , and do some rolls and I can run and do my stuff normally (very laggy and a lot of rubber banding + loading issues) but hey at least I can play a bit with the help of my friends)
- My major problem is that the Stamina is broken, buildings take several minutes to load, and ofc I can’t fight any player/mob because they are extremely laggy to me (I am not laggy to them)
I hope this info helps and I hope this problem can be fixed soon.

Funcom test servers are PC only.
The button for a direct server link via IP address isn’t even available on the console versions, we can only search for a server name, not direct input an IP.
Not that it matters right now. All PS4 servers have been inaccessible for two days now anyway.

I also was able to get on to 3515 yesterday with no issues.
However.
PLEASE DO NOT LOCK THIS TOPIC.
We’ve had false repairs in the past where the server has functioned for a few days after extended time offline only to resume issues shortly after and we have to start this forum assistance thing all over again.
This is my fourth or fifth topic created about this issue simply because the others kept being closed and marked as complete.
Please give us some time to see if the fix holds.

I’m in 3 servers in Europa an 1 in América and all perfect
Hello Hugo, I played the test server for an hour and I got no problems so far.
- No lags.
- No rubberbanding.
- Stamina working perfectly.
- No loading issues.
I was able to play perfectly without any problem unlike the other server (#3054 Official)
Do notice that the problems only happen in the “Official servers” and this test server is not stated as an Official server (not sure how that would affect the server. Maybe this is the source of the problem)
I did play for an hour and did a little bit of everything (Crafting,Building,Slaying,Exploring) everything is working fine in this server but it also works fine in any other non-official server. If there is anything else you would like me to test Im open for it.
And 3515 is back to not allowing logins.
Your test server also doesn’t allow me to log in.
I’ve been patient for five months but I have to ask.
Why is it that the test server is EU when the two servers this post were originally about (3515 and then 3514) are Western US? People playing on the servers with issues are going to have terrible ping for an international test server.
I know the exact day my clan started on 3515 because I took a screenshot of it. We had been playing on the server since January of 2019. If it was an issue with our setups or connection we would have had issues sometime in the first twelve months on the server.
When these issues crop up, within the time windows, there aren’t other people on the server according to the server info. At most it will show one or two but since we know that our characters do login even though we never load (because they die of starvation or dehydration) then it’s logical to assume 1-2 on the server is just people people trying and failing to log in. Or there’s just two people on and DDOSing the server or something.
Both of these servers used to have 20-30 players at virtually any time of the day so I they are showing less 3 at any time then there’s something wrong server side.
