Hogwarts Legacy - Instanced Building System

I am very impressed with Hogwarts Legacy in general. It’s got a building system in it as well. I think Conan Exiles could benefit from exploring some of the ideas and concepts and then perhaps implementing them their own way. What I want? I want a small cave or crater instance I can build in. One without a decay timer. One that would then prohibit me or clan members from building elsewhere. This would be a choice I would make just to avoid the decay timer.
