That’s pathetic. The vast majority of the server likes it, and I know I’m not the only one there who builds like that. Why can’t they respect that?
That a large majority of your server likes what you built is not Funcom’s problem.
They have put in place rules (certainly very evasive, subject to interpretation) to allow players to play in a calm and fair environment (room for everyone without server delays due to large constructions) .
It is up to us the players to respect these rules .
Other players on your server do like you !! Certainly but them for the uniquely not to report (maybe because they not had a dispute with other users).
But whatever this one is not a reason to violate the rules.
On the roads of people lead under the influence of the Alcol (with the high risk of creating an accident), is this reason to do the same? .
You came here to complain, as much as I like with your misfortune, as much I consider that Funcom’s decision is normal (that of enforcing the rules), complaining about an injustice (in your opinion) will not change anything.

Your liability shows that this birth is not your first mishap with FUNCOM (so you conaed the rules because it is the continuation of your first suspension had taken the time to read the OCD).
I can only advise you to go or create a private server because at the third suspension the ban is definitive which would shade.

Unfortunately, a lot of why you are describing is deco. You can’t read books, no need for a giant library. There is no shopping (on official servers without mods) so your mall is decorative. Model villages and an apartment…deco.
If it’s not functional (benches/storage/altars), Funcom considers it deco and those should be used sparingly.
I really think you’d be happy on a private server where you can build like that! It’s what my partner and I do because we find it more fun to make ourselves an elaborate, well decorated base within a theme. It’s just the two of us so we don’t have to worry about selfishly taking up too many prime spots. We’ve had a Nordheimer village, a pyramid, a fortress, a city of thieves. I’d never try to build any of these on official.
